1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern the rules for using all digital infrastructures and services provided by ARMİKOM, including signal tracking, dealer/subscriber management, mobile applications, and ERP integrations. All users and dealers who access our website, utilize our platforms, or create an account are deemed to have accepted these terms unconditionally.

2. Service Utilization Principles and Responsibilities

To preserve the stability and cybersecurity of ARMİKOM systems, users are strictly required to comply with the following rules:

• Account Security: Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the passwords and account credentials allocated to them for accessing dealer and customer panels.
• System Stability: Any cyber attacks, reverse engineering, or data scraping attempts targeting our infrastructure or SSL secure data tunnels are strictly prohibited.
• Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for the accuracy of all technical and corporate data entered into the system during subscriber registration and signal tracking processes.

3. Service Interruptions and Limitation of Liability

ARMİKOM undertakes all necessary technical investments to ensure that its cyber signal tracking and integration services operate 24/7 without interruption. However, ARMİKOM cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from temporary interruptions caused by internet service providers, force majeure events such as fires or natural disasters, or scheduled infrastructure maintenance works.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, cyber icon designs, interfaces, logos, source codes, and Smartbox integration technologies featured on our platforms are the exclusive property of ARMİKOM. Any copying, reproduction, or commercial use of these materials without explicit written permission shall be subject to legal prosecution.

5. Right to Amendments

ARMİKOM reserves the right to update the scope of its services, package contents, or these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Amendments shall become effective immediately upon their publication on the website.
